Thin sheet metal is how grills die young.

A foukou should be a family fixture, not a three-summer appliance. Ours start as heavy steel plate: welded like it matters, airflow tuned to real charcoal, and burned in before they leave the yard. The first fire happens here — the next thousand are yours.

How commissioning works

From a WhatsApp message to first fire

    Talk

    Message us what you cook, for how many, and where it will live. A photo of the corner is worth a hundred words.

  2. 02

    Drawing & price

    You get a dimensioned drawing and one fixed number. It doesn’t move after you approve it.

  3. 03

    Fabrication

    Cutting, welding, grinding, coating — typically 4–6 weeks, with photos as your build takes shape.

  4. 04

    First fire

    We deliver anywhere in Cyprus, set it up, and burn it in. It arrives already broken in — cook that evening.
